About Fishing at Lac des Allivoz

Lac des Allivoz is a compact 26-hectare reservoir in the Rhône region that's strictly off-limits to anglers — it's a protected nature reserve with no fishing allowed. This venue isn't suitable for your trip. If you're exploring the broader Rhône-Alpes area, you'd be better served investigating other AAPPMA-managed waters nearby that permit carp fishing.

At 384 miles from Calais, Lac des Allivoz requires a longer journey from the UK, but Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes — one of France's most varied fishing regions, with venues ranging from Alpine lakes to lowland reservoirs — rewards the trip.
