Fishing Licence for Lake Nell

Buy from MDC at mdc.mo.gov. A Missouri fishing permit covers this water; a trout permit is also required to fish for or keep trout (a 1-day permit alone is enough for that day). MDC-area lakes may have electric-motor or hours rules.
