Canadian River is a public river in Pittsburg County, Washita County, Caddo County, Cleveland County, Hughes County and Grady County, Oklahoma, managed by State of Oklahoma (public / navigable water). Night fishing: No statewide night-fishing closure in Oklahoma; some city lakes and state parks post their own hours, and the trout areas have specific seasonal and catch-and-release zones — check the current Oklahoma Fishing Guide.
Boats: Oklahoma's big Corps reservoirs (Eufaula, Texoma, Grand, Kerr, Keystone, Oologah, Broken Bow) all have multiple public ramps and take any size boat; prairie rivers are bank-fished at bridge crossings and the trout tailwaters are wade or drift access.

Anyone 16 to 64 needs an Oklahoma fishing licence — the resident annual is about $25, the non-resident annual about $85 (with non-resident 1-day (~$15) and 6-day (~$35) options).
