Anyone 16 to 64 needs an Oklahoma fishing licence — the resident annual is about $25, the non-resident annual about $85 (with non-resident 1-day (~$15) and 6-day (~$35) options). A Trout Licence (about $14) is required to fish the designated trout areas (Lower Mountain Fork, Lower Illinois, Blue River and a handful of city lakes in winter).
