East Fork Quinn River is a public river in Malheur County, Oregon, managed by Public land (PAD-US) — Oregon. Night fishing: On Oregon rivers and streams you may not angle for game fish from one hour after sunset to one hour before sunrise. Lakes, reservoirs and ponds are generally open around the clock unless posted (bass, panfish and catfish are commonly fished at night). Check the zone regulations for the specific water.
Boats: Oregon rivers are classic drift-boat and raft water (the Deschutes, Rogue, McKenzie, John Day especially); every boat 10 feet and over needs an Aquatic Invasive Species Prevention Permit.
Bank & bivvy camping: About half of Oregon is federal land -- dispersed camping is allowed on most BLM and Forest Service ground along these rivers, plus developed campgrounds on the Deschutes, Rogue, John Day and the Cascade-lake chains.
