Meadow Creek (Wind River area) is a public river in Hot Springs County and Fremont County, Wyoming, managed by Wyoming Game and Fish Department. Night fishing: No statewide night-fishing closure in Wyoming; some waters have seasonal closures (spring spawning, winter) and the cutthroat-conservation and trophy waters post their own rules — check the current Wyoming Fishing Regulations.
Boats: Wyoming's big reservoirs (Flaming Gorge, Boysen, Seminoe, Pathfinder, Glendo, Buffalo Bill, Keyhole) take trailered boats via a state-park or BLM ramp (AIS decal + inspection required); mountain lakes are hike-in or car-top and rivers are drift-boat, raft or wade.
Bank & bivvy camping: Wyoming is roughly half federal land -- dispersed camping is allowed on most BLM and Forest Service ground along these waters, plus developed campgrounds on nearly every reservoir.
