About Fishing at Étang Lénière

Étang Lénière is a compact 16-hectare reservoir in the Ain département offering solid carp fishing alongside pike and tench in a peaceful, low-pressure setting ideal for a relaxing break. Day-only fishing means you'll need to plan your sessions carefully, but the intimate bank access suits anglers seeking a quieter alternative to busier French venues. Located 378 miles from Calais, it's best combined with other local waters—grab your AAPPMA permit from Bas-Bugey before you cast off.
