Fishing permits in Romania — every angler needs the free ANPA recreational permit (permise.anpa.ro), which covers the Danube, its arms, the Black Sea and non-contracted public waters. Most inland lakes and rivers are contracted to a county fishing association (AJVPS) and need that association's permit as well, sold by the day or year. Mountain trout waters are managed by RNP-Romsilva and are day-only. The Danube Delta has its own ARBDD permits — the ANPA permit is not valid there.
